MoreWorld is designed to help small businesses and their customers take advantage of the internet.  In an attempt to better meet your needs, we are continually working on new tools and features to make business easier for individuals and businesses alike.  We have created a local service search engine that is the first of its kind.  Our search engine allows consumers to search for services and products that are near them.  Simultaneously, companies can create a product and service menu that is used by our search engine.  The best part is that this search engine is FREE for both individuals and companies.  This means companies can list their services for free, and individuals can search these services at no charge to themselves or the company. Tools for Individuals


The My Companies tool allows you to manage up to 4 different businesses from your personal account. Click on the company name in the Left Hand Side (LHS) to log into the administartive account for that company.  You can have up to 4 company accounts and may add a new company at any time.
If you own your own business, or just have some services or products you would like to list on MoreWorld, click the 'create company' link to create a new company account. Your Employee & Manager Accounts allow you restricted access to company accounts where you are employed.  The company administrator controls your level of access to the company account. For companies, this means that you can add and manage your employees on MoreWorld. Manage your employees store, services, prices, and even schedule. You can easily send one or all of your employees and email through our emailer system. Finally, adding employees to your company account will create employee accounts for that employee on MoreWorld, giving them restricted access to your company account. This means they can view their schedule, add customers and more using their online account. You may also grant your employees 'manager' privileges. This gives them the ability to add and manage all of the employees and information at their assigned store.



Your Favorite Company List allows you to keep track of your favorite companies and tell your friends about them.  You can add any company on MoreWorld to your favorite company list. If you don't see one of your favorite companies on MoreWorld yet, tell them to sign up by adding the to your list of contacts, or using our tell a friend form. When you add a company to your favorite companies list you will also be added to that company’s customer list. This will make you eligible to recieve their company newsletter, and to easily recieve communications from them in the future. You can add a company to your favorite company list by clicking the “+” on the search page or by accepting an invitation from that company.


Your contact list provides a large amount of functionailty to your account. First, is the obvious list of contacts. Secondly and more importantly is the networking component of your contact list. Your contact list functions like MySpace.com, where you may add friends to your contact list and you are simultaneously added to their contact list.
Using MoreWorld to network with your friends and family provides several benefits. First of all, MoreWorld will automatically maintain all of your contacts information. That means that if they update or change their information, the change will be instantly relflected in your contact list. This makes it easy to stay in touch with your family, friends, business colleagues and so on. Second of all, MoreWorld provides a unique business opportunity. You have the ability to browse all of your contacts' favorite companies. The challenge of finding requtable comanies has a new solution. Instead of asking your friends who they use for web design, you can search your friend's favorite companies using MoreWorld.
You can add a contact to your list by entering all of their information, or you can simply enter their email adderess, and allow them to fill out the rest of their contact details for you. Adding a contact by their email address allows you to add any number of contacts to your list at a single time. Equivalently your contacts will have access to the contact information that you provide. If you add a contact who is already enrolled with MoreWorld they are simply sent a contact invitation. When your friend approves your invitation, you will be added to each other’s contact list. When you change your contact information, it will be automatically updated for all of your contacts.



Your personal schedule allows you to maintain your appointments online. Maintaining your schedule on MoreWorld has several benefits. You can view your schedule from anywhere with an internet connection. You can also setup email reminders for your important appointments. You can even have us send you an email each week with your weekly schedule, as well as other important information for the week. You can add arbitrary appointments to your schedule or you can confirm an appointment when you purchase a service. Lastly, you can create an event and invite your contacts to that event.  Similar your contacts can invite you to an event.  When an event is created, or an event invitation confirmed, it is added to your schedule.



Your To Do List allows you to keep track of everything you need to do.  Each To Do item can have a due date. Your To Do List will be included in your weekly email, and you may be sent an email reminders when your To Do items are coming due.



MoreWorld has a variety of email reminders to keep you on top of your world.  MoreWorld can send you a weekly email with your schedule, To Do list, and list of outstanding MoreWorld invitations. Invitations include contact, employee, and favorite company invitations.  You may also setup email reminders for appointments and to do items.

Setting up a company account allows any MoreWorld users to view your company’s MoreWorld website.  This webpage will allow users to view and search your products, services and store locations.  Your users may also view your company's feedback and leave feedback for your company. Finally, we provide a quick easy 'contact us' form which will send you an email when a possible customer completes it. This is like getting a free website for you company.  You can even setup your own url (like www.moreworld.com) to link to your webste.  Visit GoDaddy.com's masking information page to learn how. The advantage of keeping a MoreWorld website instead of or in addition to a permanent URL website is that it is easy to keep updated, it is easy for customers to find and it is FREE. In addition to the existing features, we are always working to improve our customizable website and bring you more valuable features.



Not only are your services, products and company instantly searchable on MoreWorld, but your company website may be easily indexed by Google, Yahoo! and other major search engines. Because MoreWorld has created Search Engine Friendly webpages for all of our company accounts, it makes it easy for all major search engines to index your webpages. This means people may be able to find your company by searching on Google and other search engines. Registering with moreworld provides the opportunity of being indexed, however it can take up to 6 months to be indexed, and even then, we can make no guarantee that your wite will be added to any search engine index. That being said, we do everything we can to ensure the indexing of your company's pages, including adding your site to our google sitemap, and other relevant locations throughout our site.


Once you have created a company account you can populate your company's service menu. Your services can be found  through the MoreWorld local service search as soon as they are added.  Additionally, MoreWorld users can view and search your service menu when visiting your company pages. Services are made up of a service name, description and price.  The service name and description are used for our local service search and can be viewed by your customers. Special care should be taken when creating your services’ name and description. Your service description should contain any relevant keywords and should be easy for your customers to read.
You are also required to setup services to use our appointment maker. Our appointment maker allows your customers to create an appointment for one of your services with one of your employees without needing to speak to you or your receptionist. You may associate your services with our appointment maker or reservation manager so a user can purchase your services and set up any relevant appointment or reservation through MoreWorld.




You may manage and update your company's product menu at any time. Your product menu works just like your service menu.  These products can immediately be found  through the MoreWorld local product search.  MoreWorld users can view and search your product menu when visiting your company pages. Products are made up of a product name, description and price.  The product name and description are used for our local product search and can be viewed by your customers. Special care should be taken when creating your products’ name and description. Your product description should contain any relevant keywords and should be easy for your customers to read.




Your customer list is a great way to tell your customers about your new MoreWorld company account. Further, it makes it easy to solicit good feedback for your company from your best customers. It is also an easy way to keep track of all of your employees.  Your customers will be able to view your company’s information, including your product menu, service menu, location and hours.  They may also use the location finder to find the store nearest them.  Adding customers to your customer list will also allow them to refer their contacts to your company.
The first step with this feature is to add one or more customers to your customer list. You may import customers from another location like gmail, yahoo! or outlook. You may add each customers information individually, including any level of detaill. Finally, you may add each customer's email and allow them to update their personal information on their own.
It is best to add your customer's email address when possible. Adding a customer's email address allows you to solicit feedback for your company from your best customers. It also allows the user to join MoreWorld, and when any of their personal information changes it will automatcially update on your list. Finally, you may send a company newsletter to one or all of your customers in a couple easy steps.




Each company may have any number of stores. The main store can be created automatically, however each additional location must be added manually. The store zip code is used by our local search to estimate the distance between a user and your stores.  It is important to add all of your company's stores and locations because it allows users near each store to find  the your company, products and the services using the local search feature.
Each store can have individually configured hours, prices and employees. If you have many stores with many employess you can have your store manager setup the details for etheir store. All you have to do is create each store, assign a manager to each store, and let the manager take care of the rest.
The Product Association and Service Association setup allow each store to control their individual product and service menu. Each store can control which products and services they sell, as well as their store’s specific price.




Each store can have 1 or more store managers. Managers are created using the Add Employee function and selecting the “Manager” checkbox.  When a manager is added using their email address they will be sent an “employee invitation”.  By accepting this invitation they will be able to login to the manager account for their store. Note that if you do not include an email address for your manager account, then they will not have access to their account. The email address is required to setup their MoreWorld account. Managers have complete access to their specific store. They can manage the store’s hours, holidays, product and service prices, employees, employee schedules, and the overall customer list. A store manager can set up all of these details for their store, instead of having the company admin set it up for every location.
Adding employees to your stores is important for three reasons. First, it will allow your employees to tell customers about your company by adding them to your customer list. Second, employees will be able to view their schedule online. Finally, if you decide to enroll in our appointment maker, your customers can create appointments with your employees according to their schedule availability.
