At MoreWorld we are committed to protecting your privacy.  MoreWorld has created this privacy policy to best serve and protect you and your personal information.  We do not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties.  By visiting MoreWorld or any of its subsidiaries you are accepting and agreeing to this privacy policy.

MoreWorld continually learns more information about its users.  By using this information MoreWorld is able to better serve each individual user.  This information includes, but is not limited to information that you provide about yourself, your contacts, your company, your customers and your employees.

Children

MoreWorld does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 years of age or allow such persons to register. If you are under 13 years of age, do not send us any information about yourself. If MoreWorld learns that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age we will immediately delete that information.  Please contact us at alert@moreworld.com if you believe children under the age of 13 years have provided us any personal information.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• According to your personal settings, other MoreWorld users may have limited access to some of your personal information.  These users do not have any independent right to share, sell, or rent any of this information.
• You are solely responsible for any information that you post in a public forum or make accessible to other users.  MoreWorld may remove this information upon request, but is not responsible for monitoring any such information.
• MoreWorld will respond to subpoenas, court orders, and legal process.  MoreWorld will also use such information to establish or exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims.
• MoreWorld will share such information if it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected fraud, illegal activities, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of MoreWorld’s user agreement, or as otherwise required by law.
• MoreWorld will transfer information about you if we are acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, we will notify you before transferring your information making it subject to a different privacy policy.

Cookies

MoreWorld may place a cookie on your machine to help better serve you.  Cookies are small pieces of data that can be placed on your computer to improve your MoreWorld experience.  MoreWorld will not use these cookies to collect any personal information about you.  MoreWorld may use a cookie, if allowed, so that you will not need to retype your email address each time that you wish to log on to MoreWorld.  Also for companies using the MoreWorld work computer feature, at least one cookie is placed on these computers so that the computer may be recognized by MoreWorld.

Editing and Deleting Your Account Information and Account Preferences

• You can edit your MoreWorld account information at any time.
• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to MoreWorld services such as service announcements and administrative messages.  These are treated as part of your MoreWorld account and you may not be offered the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them while your account is active.
• We reserve the right to contact you via telephone or other any other method relating to your company account.
• Users/Companies on your different lists will have the ability to view some of your personal information.  By removing these users/companies from your list you will remove their ability to view this information.  You will have the ability to edit these lists at any time.
• Companies that you make an appointment with will be able to view your personal information until that appointment is complete.  An appointment can be canceled in order to prevent these companies from viewing your information.
• It is possible to delete your MoreWorld account by emailing ensubscription@moreworld.com. Although your account will be deleted not all of the information provided to us will be deleted, please contact us at ensubscription@moreworld.com to learn more about this information.

Confidentiality and Security

MoreWorld is committed to keeping user’s personally identifiable information confidential.  All appointment information and customer contact information is kept confidential. MoreWorld does not share service provider or user schedules with anyone except the service provider's authorized personnel and the user involved. Service providers are only able to view information on customers who currently have an appointment with the service provider or who have that service provider on their company list.  By adding a company to your company list you will be added to that company’s customer list.  In order to be removed from a company’s customer list simply remove that company from your company list.  Once you have removed a company from your company list and you have no appointments with that company they will not be able to view your personally identifiable information.

There will be times when our employees must view your personal information in order to better serve you.  We allow limited accesses to your personal information to our employees who we believe reasonably need to access that information in order to do their jobs.  MoreWorld uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to better protect you.  These safeguards comply with federal regulations for protecting personal information about you.

Companies Use of Users information

MoreWorld is the sole owner of the information collected on this web site.  Any time any user posts any information on MoreWorld it is the sole property of MoreWorld.  This includes but is not limited to original works and personally identifiable information.  If this information is property of any other person prior to being posted then MoreWorld may remove this information upon request and proof of ownership.  Any company or its employees have the right to view and use personal information for business related purposes.  These companies do not have the right to share, rent or sell any of this information.  Additionally, users may have access to other users information.  This information may be used strictly for personal reasons.  Users do not have the right to share, rent or sell any part of this information.

Email tools

There are times that a user may receive email that is not the result of a regular mailing.  A user may not be able to opt out of these emails because they are not related to any regular mailing.  There are several different places where a user may enter an email address.  For example when a company adds a new employee or a new customer they can enter the users email address. Entering the email address will result in an invitation being sent to the entered email address.  If the user chooses toenter an email address, the contact, customer or employee will be sent an email offering them an opportunity to set up a MoreWorld account.  If the customer does not create an account at that time they may be sent one or more emails in the future asking them to join. Additionally, these email address will be kept in the system for future use. To prevent recieving any more communications, users may add their email address to our list of unsubscribed emails. Please email support@moreworld.com to learn how to be added to our unsubscribed email list.

Companies will have a limited ability to send informational emails to the customers on their customer list.  To prevent receiving these emails a user must select the check box in their personal options that will prevent their favorite companies from sending them emails.  Also users as well as companies may receive bill notification via email.

Customer Service

MoreWorld will communicate with its users via telephone or email.  Occasionally MoreWorld will need to contact its users concerning our service.  These include but are not limited to contacting users in order to provide requested services, in response to issues relating to that users account, in response to billing questions or concerns or to follow up user comments or recommendations.  MoreWorld will reply in accordance with MoreWorld customer communication practices and the wishes of the customer.

Feedback Requests and Surveys

MoreWorld and companies using MoreWorld have the ability to send follow up Feedback requests after the completion of a performed service.  The information provided within these requests will be subject to the Privacy Policy set forth in this document.  MoreWorld and the company will only use the information provided within these feedback responses to improve the quality of service to you the consumer.  Also these feedback requests are completely voluntary and will in no way reflect upon a user who does or does not complete a request.

No Web Beacons

MoreWorld does not use web beacons or other user movement tracking tools.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

MoreWorld reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time without warning.  However if we decide to change our privacy policy we will inform all MoreWorld users when the change occurs. We will, however, never change the policy to allow MoreWorld, our subsidiaries, or other MoreWorld users to share, rent or sell any personal information about other MoreWorld users. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to be informed of how MoreWorld is protecting your information.
