You agree that MoreWorld is not liable for the results of anyone accessing your company account through your account or through an account or work computer that you or one of your employees created. MoreWorld and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders without the consent of the involved parties. Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content MoreWorld users and companies may send information over the web site so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties. This content can not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or be any form of "spam." Fees and Services Creating and using a MoreWorld user account and a basic company account is free. MoreWorld users will not be charged by MoreWorld to add an appointment, cancel an appointment, recreate an appointment, reschedule an appointment, set up email reminders, or to use any other functionality that is included with a MoreWorld user account, unless noted otherwise. We do charge fees based on a companies use of MoreWorld to gain access to some of our professional features. It is free to create a company account. Some of the features associated with a company account are free; however, activating and using specific features of a company account are not free. When these features are not free it will be explicitly stated. Click here to view our Fees and Credits Policy. Creation and use of a company account constitutes acceptance of our fees and credits policy. Our Fees and Credits Policy and the fees for our services are subject to change from time to time. We will provide at least thirty days’ notice before these changes to our Fees and Credits Policy take effect. We may at times change or add some or all of our services. When a new service is launched the fees for that service are effective immediately unless stated otherwise. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. The creator of a company and the company itself are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our web site. Purchasing Goods and services (Creation and Cancellation of Appointments) As a user, you are obligated to complete the transaction with a company when purchasing a good or service. This obligation includes but is not limited to payment for the good or service. This obligation applies to creating an appointment with any company, or any other commitement to purchase a product or service. This obligation can be forgiven by the company if the user cancels the appointment according to the practices of the company with whom the appointment was made. By creating an appointment you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale set forth within the company policy of the respective company so long as conditions of that policy are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful. The rescheduling of an appointment is not considered a cancellation; it is merely a transfer of an appointment to a different time. As a company, you are obligated to complete the transaction with a user by allowing a user to purchase a good or service. This includes but is not limited to allowing customers to create an appointment. This obligation can be forgiven by the user if the user cancels or consents cancellation of the appointment. You, a company representative, will not cancel an appointment without the expressed consent of the creator of the appointment. The creator of the appointment is either the person the appointment is for or the person who entered the appointment into the system. Collection by and Payment of MoreWorld Affiliates In order to best serve our customers we offer a plurality of different payment options between users and companies. Customers are responsible for payment of a company according to the policies of that specific company. If a company enables the pay in person option then they recognize that collection of any fees is their sole responsibility. Other Businesses Parties who are not MoreWorld or one of its subsidiaries operate stores and offer services and products over this web site. MoreWorld might provide links to the web sites of these companies and other businesses. MoreWorld is not responsible for examining or evaluating these web sites. In addition to this user agreement, you are responsible for obeying all laws that might apply to you. This includes laws governing your place of residence, your work place and the place where you are conducting business. Termination and Breach You agree that MoreWorld at its sole discretion may limit or terminate password or account or any part thereof. This limitation or termination can be done for any reason including but not limited to lack of use or belief that you have violated or acted inconsistently with this or any other MoreWorld policy that you are subject to. MoreWorld, at any time, may discontinue providing its service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any limitation or termination of your access to its services under any provision of the user agreement may be effected without prior notice. You acknowledge and agree that MoreWorld may immediately deactivate or delete your account and any related information or files in your account and restrict any further access to such files or to MoreWorld’s service. You agree that MoreWorld shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any limitation or termination of your access to its service. In the case of voluntary account limitation or termination you agree to pay all past-due invoice amounts and a fee that are owed for previous transactions or for early contract termination. You agree that MoreWorld has no obligations to perform termination of your account if such a request is submitted by you or on your behalf by means of a telephone, a fax, a voice message, a regular mail or an electronic mail. No Agency You and MoreWorld are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. Continuous Service Membership The services provided by MoreWorld may be based on a subscription membership and on a continuous service basis. Once you have become a subscribing member, your membership will be renewed automatically and you will be billed according to your use of MoreWorld’s services. Cancellations Your MoreWorld account may be canceled at any time given there are no pending appointments or invoices on your account. If your account has pending appointments or invoices and you would like to cancel it please email endsubscription@moreworld.com. Upon cancellation or termination of your company or user account you will not receive any refunds or credits owed on your account. Amending This Agreement MoreWorld reserves the right to change this user agreement at any time without warning. However if we decide to change our user agreement we will inform all MoreWorld users when the change occurs.
