This prevents customers from missing their scheduled appointments. The second reminder is a reminder to recreate the appointment. The will help decrease the time between customer return. On a set date the customer will be reminded to recreate the same appointment for a later date. This makes it extrememly easy for the customer to recreate the appointment and promotes customers returning for the same service soon. |
