Appointment Maker "Week View" and "Day View" Features (Employee)

The employee side appointment maker is far simpler. Employees may onle create, view and manage appointments for themselves (at a single store). They may create appointments for any of their associated services in any of their available time slots. The "Week View" will show their availability for that week. The "day view" will display their appointment details for any given day. |

Select a Customer & Service to Create an Appointment (Employee)

The Employee Customer and Service selector will work just like for the company admin. The only difference is that Employees may only select services that they offer. Like other users, an employee must select the customer and the type of service for which the appointment will be created. The appointment maker will allow company side users (admin, managers & employees) to select any customer, confirmed or not. The appointment maker will also allow users to create an appointment for an arbitrary customer. Once the customer is selected it is necessary to select a service. Selecting a service will determine the amount of time that will be required for the service, and it will limit the employees to the employees who are associated with that service. |

Set the Appointment Time & Date (Employee)

The time selector works the same for all users. The appointment maker displays all available times for the entire selected week. A user may change the week, month or year by using the provided calendars at the bottom left of the page. When a user places their mouse over a time, it will display the details of that time in the top of the appointment maker time selector section. The calendar will display the availability of this specific employee. The system will then combine the available times into a single calendar. If a time slot is not avalable then it is not displayed. When a user selects an available time, then they are taken to the appointment maker confirmation page to confirm the details of the appointment. |
