Customer Side Appointment Maker
The customer side appointment maker works just like the admin side appointment maker. The only difference is that customers may only set appointments for themselves (not for other customers). In order to create an appointment a customer must first select the service the wish to create the appointment for. The service may be selected form the MoreWorld search engine or from the company's list of services on their company pages. To enter the appointment maker a user ay click the image of the calendar. |

The location nearest the customer is automatically selected by default. The user may then change the location by clicking the "change location" link. This will allow the customer to search all of the company's locations near a customer defined zip code. |

Appointment Maker Employee Selection (Admin)
By default the appointment maker selects all employees at the selected locaiton that offer the selected service. A user may modify this and select one or more employees that are eligible for the appointment. The system will then automatically determine all time slots where the appointment may be created by combining the available schedule for each employee. When a time is selected the system will automatically determine which employee to create the appointment for from the list of selected employees. |

Set the Appointment Time & Date (Customer)
The appointment maker displays all available times for the entire selected week. A user may change the week, month or year by using the provided calendars at the bottom left of the page. When a user places their mouse over a time, it will display the details of that time in the top of the appointment maker time selector section. The calendar will automatically determine which time slots are available where the appointment will fit for all selected employees. The system will then combine the available times into a single calendar. If a time slot is not avalable then it is not displayed. When a user selects an available time, then they are taken to the appointment maker confirmation page to confirm the details of the appointment. |
